All payments made to Udyog for:

* Subscriptions

are *100% non-refundable*.

We *do not offer refunds under any circumstances*, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind
* Lack of time
* Not liking the content
* Not achieving expected results
* Technical issues from your side (device, internet, etc.)
* Duplicate purchases made by mistake
* Inability to continue the program

Once a payment is completed, it is considered final and non-reversible.

2. Course Access & Responsibility

After joining, it is the learner’s responsibility to:

Attend sessions

* Use the provided resources
* Complete the training at the training programme`s own pace
* Ensure they have a stable internet/device 

* Join the classes within the start time.

Udyog is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by the user’s personal circumstances.

Cancellations are not accepted after payment.
No partial or full refunds will be given for unused time or incomplete course participation.
