These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Udyog MW Alerts mobile application and the website at https://myudyog.co.in (together, the "Service"), operated by Udyog (trading as "Udyog MW Alerts", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What we do
The Service monitors the publicly available task feed on Microworkers.com and delivers push notifications and an in-app feed of qualifying tasks. Udyog MW Alerts is an independent notification service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Microworkers.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
- You may only create an account using an Indian mobile phone number you own and control. All authentication is done through a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to that number.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your device physically secure so nobody else can receive your OTP.
- You must not share your OTP with any third party. Our team will never ask you for your OTP.
- Only one active login session per account is permitted at any time. If you sign in on a new device with the same phone number, the older device is automatically signed out.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
4. Subscription and payments
- Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PhonePe or Paytm). We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
- Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment.
- All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except in the narrow situations described in our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or the terms of Microworkers.com or any other third-party service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any content received through it.
- Automate, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service running 24×7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Notification latency, missed alerts, or brief outages may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to changes on Microworkers.com, network issues, or push-notification provider delays. We are not liable for tasks missed as a result of such factors.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and code in the Service (excluding third-party marks such as "Microworkers") are the exclusive property of Udyog. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that alerts will always be delivered on time, that task availability will match what Microworkers.com displays, or that the Service will be error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Udyog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hooghly, West Bengal, India.
